Hapeville has the highest commercial-to-residential ratio of any city in our service area. The Delta corporate campus alone employs roughly 30,000 people across multiple facilities, and the Porsche Experience Center brings additional corporate office and event activity. Office cleanouts, tenant turnover loads, and corporate-renovation debris are weekly work. The residential side is dominated by older single-family homes built between 1925 and 1965, which produces a steady flow of estate and appliance work. The downtown Central Avenue corridor adds restaurant and small-retail commercial cleanouts to the rotation.

2.4 square miles is a small city. Most cities at this footprint would have a single residential character and very little commercial volume. Hapeville is the exception. The 30,000-person Delta headcount in the corporate corridor and the Porsche North American headquarters generate a level of office, tenant, and renovation activity that would normally belong to a city ten times the size. The 1955 median home year on the residential side is one of the oldest in our entire service area, which produces estate cleanouts in homes with seven decades of family history. The contrast between these two halves of the city defines how we work it. A morning office-cleanout job at a corporate building can roll directly into an afternoon estate cleanout three blocks away on Atlanta Avenue. The drive between them is two minutes.
We cover the full city. Office and corporate work concentrates around the Delta campus and the Porsche Experience Center. Downtown commercial loads come from the Central Avenue corridor. Residential single-family work runs across the older streets near Atlanta Avenue and the Sylvan Road area. Hapeville is small enough that crews often handle three to four jobs in the city on a single weekday.
Five tiers, quoted on-site:
| Load Size | Volume | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum charge | 1-2 small items | $175 |
| Quarter load | 4.5 cubic yards | $370 |
| Half load | 9 cubic yards | $520 |
| Three-quarter load | 13.5 cubic yards | $650 |
| Full truck | 18 cubic yards | $725 |
Corporate office and tenant-turnover loads are typically quoted per truck or per ton after a site walk.
The work in Hapeville runs through a handful of recurring patterns. Here are four that show up in our schedule most often.
Corporate office tenant cleanout. A corporate tenant relocating from a building in the Delta or Porsche corridor, needing office furniture, filing cabinets, and break-room equipment hauled. Quoted per truck.
Pre-war estate on Atlanta Avenue. A family clearing out a 1920s home with multi-generational contents. Full truck plus follow-up.
Central Avenue restaurant closure. A restaurant tenant ending a lease and needing fixtures, equipment, and back-of-house items cleared. Quoted per truck.
Downtown apartment cleanout. A property manager clearing a unit at lease end. Quarter load.
A few commitments that apply to every Hapeville job we run.
On-site quoting. We do not give phone quotes that change when the truck arrives. The crew walks the job, agrees on the load size, and tells you the price before any work begins. The number we quote on-site is the number you pay. No fuel surcharges, no dump fees added at the end, no step-up labor charges for a heavy item.
Donation routing. Usable furniture, appliances, and household items get routed to local nonprofits and donation partners whenever the family agrees. The Atlanta Community Food Bank, area thrift networks, and direct community donations all take items that still have life left. We make the call on-site rather than asking you to sort the load yourself.
Recycling and environmental disposal. Scrap metal goes to scrap yards. Yard waste goes to composting where possible. Electronics, white goods (refrigerators and freezers), and other regulated items go to licensed disposal facilities. Hazardous materials, paint, solvents, and asbestos require licensed haulers and are the one category we cannot take.
Response time. Same-day service is standard for Hapeville. Call before noon and the crew can usually be at your address the same afternoon. For larger or scheduled commercial work, we coordinate a window that fits the project.
