How does junk removal work?

It is simple. You call or book online, we give you an arrival window, and our uniformed crew arrives, looks at your items, and gives you a firm price. Once you approve it, we do all the lifting, loading, and hauling. You point, we remove.

What items do you take?

We take just about anything you would find in a standard household that is not flammable or hazardous. That includes appliances, refrigerators and freezers, couches and other furniture, mattresses, clothing, and the contents of cabinets and closets, along with construction debris. On the commercial side we handle desks, chairs, office partitions, boats, loose residential and commercial trash, bagged waste, overflowing bins, and illegal dumping cleanup. We also remove sheds, swing sets, and playground structures. If it does not take heavy machinery to move, there is a good chance we can take it.

What won't you take?

We cannot take flammable or hazardous materials such as chemicals, paint, motor oil, propane, asbestos, or medical waste, and we cannot work in genuinely unsafe conditions like open gas lines or exposed electrical wiring. How much does junk removal cost?

There is no flat rate, because jobs range from a single box to a full house or storage unit cleanout. Pricing is custom and based on how much space your items take up on the truck and how long the removal takes our crew. Jobs start at a $175 minimum, and you always get a firm price before any work begins.

Do you offer same-day or next-day service?

Yes. We keep a same-day or next-day guarantee on both junk removal and dumpster drop-offs, based on availability, and we have held that standard for years. We are closed on Sundays, so a Saturday call means a same-day or Monday appointment.

How long does a typical job take?

Most pickups take about 30 to 45 minutes on site, and many are faster. Larger jobs such as a full home or storage unit cleanout take longer, but the majority of jobs are smaller than people expect.

Do I need to move everything outside first?

You do not need to move anything ahead of time. We are a full-service junk removal company, so our crew comes inside and removes items from wherever they sit, whether that is a basement, an attic, or an upstairs room. The only exception is genuinely unsafe conditions such as open gas lines or exposed wiring. We are fully licensed and insured to work throughout your property.

Is it cheaper to do it myself?

Doing it yourself is usually cheaper on paper, since your only costs are the dump fee, a rental truck, and your time. Hiring our crew costs a little more because the price covers disposal, fuel, insured and trained labor, and the equipment to do the job safely and in one trip. What you are really paying for is your time back and none of the lifting or hauling.

Do you donate or recycle what you haul?

We run a landfill diversion program and do not use landfills. Loads go to transfer stations, recycling centers, and scrap yards, where salvageable items are pulled out, metal is recovered and recycled, construction debris is often milled into mulch or building material, tires become rubber playground mulch, and yard waste is turned into wood chips. We donate usable items to local charities when a load allows it. Because most jobs are mixed loads, individual pieces are not always in donatable condition by the time they reach the truck, but keeping material out of the landfill is central to how we work.

Can I drop items off, or do you offer free or weekly pickup?

No to both. We are a full-service junk removal company, not a drop-off site, so there is no facility to bring items to, and we do not offer free pickup, recurring service, or weekly trash collection. If you would rather load at your own pace, our dumpster rentals are the do-it-yourself option: we drop one off, you load it, and we haul it away.
